Yes. We photograph all products professionally and accurately. Products are verified before dispatch. If the item received differs significantly from the photo, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days. Minor colour variations may occur due to monitor settings and natural variations in precious metals and gemstones—this is normal.

Contact Us – Email contact@sfjewellers.co.uk with your order number and we'll resend it within 24 hours
Receipts include order number, items, amounts, VAT, and delivery address. Keep for warranty and returns.

Prepare item – Pack in original packaging, unused and unworn
Ship return – Use tracked courier (prepaid label provided)
Receive refund – Credited to original payment method within 10-14 days
Options: Full refund, exchange for different item, or 125% store credit.
Non-returnable: Earrings (hygiene), personalized items, custom pieces, items outside 30 days.
Yes, usually. Most items are restocked within 1-6 weeks. One-of-a-kind vintage items may not restock.
