3. Prepare item – Pack in original packaging, unused and unworn

4. Ship return – Use tracked courier (prepaid label provided)

5. Receive refund – Credited to original payment method within 10-14 days

Options: Full refund, exchange for different item, or 125% store credit.

Non-returnable: Earrings (hygiene), personalized items, custom pieces, items outside 30 days.

Yes, usually. Most items are restocked within 1-6 weeks. One-of-a-kind vintage items may not restock.
