8. Returns & Refunds Policy

8.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Custom or bespoke jewellery: Items made to your specifications
- Personalized items: Engraved, monogrammed, or custom-designed pieces
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons (earring posts and backs cannot be reused)
- Body jewellery: Due to health and safety standards
- Clearance or final sale items: Marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
- Gift cards: Non-refundable
- Damaged items: Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect
- Items outside the 30-day window: After 30 days from delivery
8.4 Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Prepare the Return
- Repack the product securely in original packaging or suitable protective packaging

- Do not include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package
Step 3: Send the Return
- Ship the return to the address provided on the return label
- Use a tracked courier service (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD, or FedEx)
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
- We inspect returned items within 5 business days of receipt
